Names for service are randomly selected from this list by a computer. Since there are extended periods of time when you will not be needed in a courtroom, you will also want to bring a book, magazine, needlework, a laptop, etc. The court house has a snack bar, but you are welcome to bring your own snacks or lunch, specifically if you have special dietary needs. The courthouse hours are generally 8:30 to 5:00 thereafter, though we are often able to allow jurors to leave early, if we know we will not be starting anymore trials for the day.
